Had the privilege of being a Las Vegas wedding photographer last year. It was such a fun experience. Shooting a Las Vegas wedding is just like you’d expect, wild. My couple had their ceremony scheduled to take place at The Little White Chapel, and then we planned to travel all over Vegas shooting their bride and groom photos. We even added in a stop at 7 Magic Mountains to get some shots. It was such a fun time, I also have a vlog on my youtube channel from the trip.
Like I said it is fun being a Vegas wedding photographer because you never know what you’re going to see while shooting. We passed a bunch of people getting arrested the day of the wedding while heading to the venue. The bride and groom got ready in their hotel. After getting dressed we took off to The White Chapel. This is one of the coolest places to shoot if you’re a Las Vegas wedding photographer. It is iconic and you can even book Elvis to get you married.
Once we got to the venue, we did some bride and groom portraits around the outside of the venue. After we did that it was time to head into the chapel and get married. Again, it is such an honor to shoot there as a Las Vegas wedding photographer. Once the ceremony was over, we did family portraits and a few more bride and groom portraits outside, and then we took off to 7 magic mountains to capture some more love. As a Vegas wedding photographer you have to always be prepared for sand and wind, and thats exactly what we got out in the desert. The photos turned out amazing though, so it was worth it.
