I love being a Sarasota wedding photographer, theres just so many beautiful beaches to shoot around for bride and groom portraits. Any time I have the chance to get down to Florida to shoot a wedding, I jump at it. This was a fun one, a couple from Atlanta that wanted to get married on the beach. At first the weather looked rough and they thought they might have to move it indoors, but like all weather in Florida it fades away. We started the day in their hotel rooms on the beach for getting ready photos.
Being a Sarasota wedding photographer definitely has its perks with being able to shoot in really beautiful places. The water was so clear that I wanted to jump in. After my bride and groom got ready in their rooms, and after I shot details, we moved on to bride portraits and groom portraits. After that we rocked out the ceremony and got some fun photos on the beach. We then did family portraits. It’s important as a Sarasota photographer to be able to use flash because the harsh light needs battling. After we did those pictures we took off to the couples reception venue.
I love being a Sarasota wedding photographer because theres no limit to options and venues to shoot at. Half way through the reception, I took the bride and groom to another beach for bride & groom portraits. We got a bunch of fun shots out their on the beach and it was nice to take my shoes off and walk in the sand for a little bit. After that we went back to the reception venue and danced and partied the night away.
