I can’t tell you how much fun I had on this Winston Salem engagement session! This was a long fun shoot with Sean and Chase which started at their house. They had an awesome pool in the back yard, and both were college swimmers so we thought we’d have some fun with some pool action shots. While shooting around the pool, we also got some fun underwater shots. I like to try and get as much variety as I can on my shoots. You’ll notice through the images that we start at the pool, and end at the pool. Once we were done with the morning session at the pool, we went to an abandoned home that had a cool greenhouse to shoot around. Let us continue on this Winston engagement.
The guys put on nice all black suits for the abandoned home portion of the shoot. The black suits along with the worn down greenhouse looked perfect with each other. If I’m going to be out of town on a Winston Salem engagement session, I’m going to take in as many locations as I can. After I shot at the ran down home, we took off towards a beautiful location, the Graylyn Estate.
Graylyn Estate has some of the most beautiful buildings and architecture on its property. This location is perfect for a Winston Salem engagement session. Sean and Chase looked so awesome in the shots here. This would be a perfect place for a wedding. After we shot here, we went to a near by park to get some pictures of the guys with their pups. When we finished there it was time to go downtown for this Winston engagement.
The downtown area of Winston Salem is amazing. They have this really cool industrial area that we started shooting at first. From there we went on top of a bridge and got some fun skyline shots. We wended our downtown Winston Salem engagement session at a bar with some cocktails. After we snagged some of those shots, we took off back to my couples home to finish with some night time pool pictures.
